Designed for:

• Multi‑storey buildings

• Partition walls and technical rooms
• Export to the German market, where this solution is highly valued

Key differences from classic SIP panels: 

• Mineral wool is non‑combustible (Class A1) and vapour‑permeable
• Superior acoustic insulation
• Requires an additional framing system, as it is not a load‑bearing element like EPS SIP

Technical specifications: 

• Total thickness: 124, 174 or 224 mm
• Structure: 2 × 12 mm OSB‑3 boards + 100, 150 or 200 mm high‑density mineral wool insulation
• Panel dimensions: 1.25 × 2.50 m
• Insulation dimensions: 1.20 × 2.40 m (50 mm tongue at top/bottom, 25 mm tongue on sides)
• Thermal performance: Low U‑value suitable for energy‑efficient and passive‑house standards
• Applications: External walls, load‑bearing partitions, roofs and floor structures

Alongside our classic EPS SIP panels, we now also offer OSB panels with rigid mineral wool core.

These panels are developed specifically for projects requiring enhanced fire resistance or acoustic performance — for example, industrial buildings or high‑spec residential developments.

Our goal is to provide designers, builders and industrial developers with a wider range of high‑precision, factory‑manufactured structural solutions.
